SJÖHAVEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Reliance on AI-generated information
• Community interactions
• Service interruptions
• Data loss
• Unauthorized access

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SJÖHAVEN DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

SJÖHAVEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy
• Reliability

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SjöHaven, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims arising out of:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
